[Ncabs] Updated Website

Hi,

I think that Brice was just a bit confused, because the original email
implied that there was a brand new page, rather than the links page
that has been there for a few years.  Justin's second email cleared it
up (I think).

Also, just a friendly search engine optimization (SEO) tip: the last
link on the links page has a hyperlink that reads "click here!!".
While it shows enthusiasm, search engines like Google and Bing frown
upon non-descriptively named links.  Links without a title make it
harder for search engines to index and evaluate the worth of a site,
and can sometimes even have dramatic consequences, such as reducing
the site in the search ranking.
