[Ncabs] Regional Seminars

Hey Alan I think that having one in West part of NC is a great idea.
This is why I would say that somewhere in the erea of Charlotte
because it might be easy for someone to get there either by train or
bus. I think that we need to keep in mind that getting to the
locations is one of the most important things in here.
