[Ncabs] Raleigh's ART Program

*The Wake Federation of the Blind cordially invites you to a discussion of
the Accessible Raleigh Transportation Program (ART).  At this meeting,
David Eatman, who is a transit planner for the City of Raleigh, will share
insights related to the integration of MV Transportation with the current
program as well as future changes with ART.  A question and answer period
specifically related to the overall program will be allowed.  The meeting
will take place on Saturday, April 13th promptly at 2:00pm.  The location
is Community United Church of Christ at 814 Dixie Trail in Raleigh.  For
