[Ncabs] Appalachian State Seminar postponed, Officers to meet in Grrensboro

All,

The Seminar scheduled for Saturday at Appalachian State is postponed
until a future date.

As an alternative, all officers will meet Saturday, October 5th from
10am to 12pm at UNC Greensboro.  The exact location is to be
determined.
