 All,

If you plan to run for NCABS office our constitution spells out the
following procedures:

1. There are five positions. President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice
President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Be sure to read the descriptions
of what each officer does.
2. Candidates may speak prior to elections to those present.
3. There is no proxy voting. You must be a paid member and present to vote.
4. Candidates who can not attend convention must submit a written
statement to the president to be read aloud before elections.
5. If more than two people run for an office and no one person gets a
majority, the person with the fewest votes is dropped from
consideration and the remaining individuals will be voted on again.
This process continues until one person gets a majority or only one
candidate remains.

Good luck!
