International Call Center Position Overview

US Health Care Reform Advisors has position available for its International
Call Center based in
Raleigh, North Carolina, that is fluent in one or more of the following
languages.
 Spanish
 Chinese
 French
 Arabic/Farsi

The paid workforce opportunity will also allow selected candidates to:
 Develop, secure and maintain work experience
 Cultivate an expanding market and implement a regional and national
campaign
 Provide application and enrollment services for Affordable Health Care
Providers
 Work with the community and improve career and/or educational skills
sets.

This position entails inbound/outbound calls and follow-up on clients,
preparing translated
marketing materials, and maintaining confidential client information. This
position also entails
compiling demographic information for Affordable Health Care, Providing
Accurate
Information, Qualifying and Enrolling Applicants with an Affordable Health
Care Provider and
Managing an Enrollment Center data base with accuracy.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
The hired candidate will possess the ability to comprehend the fundamentals
of Affordable
Health Care as a Certified Market Place Advisor and understand
entrepreneurial concepts, as to
move forward in professional environment.

Business Related field or Customer Service Background preferred; however,
open to a
candidate’s willingness to learn and adapt. Candidates must be proficient
with technology and
computer applications. Candidates must demonstrate professional etiquette
with phone and email
correspondence, have a cell-phone, and working computer with internet
access.

Applicant Enrollment completed in a timely fashion
 A can-do attitude
 Forward Thinking
 Flexibility during normal work hours
 Willingness to learn the business conducted and adhere to protocols
 Punctual and Reliable

Beginning Rate $10-12 hour for 32-40 hours/week for 3-month probationary
period
(Permanent hire contingent upon performance)
