 Pinecone/PNC is really making a concerted effort to reach out to the blind
community and make Wide Open Bluegrass Festival as accessible as possible.

The PNC presents Wide Open Bluegrass Festival is launching a brand
new pilot program to provide sighted guides during the event on Friday,
Sept. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 1.  To learn more about the festival, please
