We hope this finds you well!  We are researchers in the Department of
Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas.  You are invited to
complete a survey that will help us understand the concerns that people have
with respect to privacy when using technology to provide services to people
with disabilities (physical, intellectual, sensory, or developmental).  The
survey involves a brief demographic questionnaire, a 2-minute video, and a
short questionnaire that will take 1-2 minutes to complete.  The survey may
