Greetings

I hope this message finds everyone doing well and dealing with the social distancing and all of the changes that are going on in our state due to the Coronavirus. 

I want all of you to know, if you feel like chatting with me, please feel welcome to call or email. I’m staying home. We have self quarantined. I understand from personal experience that it can be lonely, scary and at times challenging for some of us to go through this sort of distress. As of today, President Trump declared North Dakota as a disaster state so we can get federal supports. The thing I love about Fargo, and North Dakota/Minnesota as a whole is that people come together during times of need. Community is a beautiful asset. We are all in this together, so I believe that supporting one another as blind and low vision is our commonality, is most important during these tragic times in life. 

 If anyone is in need of anything I can help with, I will help. If I cannot help, then I will find someone. Please feel welcome to reach out. I’m sure there many people on this list that are willing to help out too.

Join this national teleconference with President Mark Riccobono as he delivers the April Presidential Release (#493) of the National Federation of the Blind.
