This is your formal notice that proposed amendments to the Constitution of the National Federation of the Blind of North Dakota will be presented for a vote at our upcoming State Convention on Friday, September 19, 2025.

In accordance with our Constitution, these proposed changes will be read and discussed during a special business meeting via Zoom on Friday, September 12 at 6 PM central
