[Nebraska-senior-blind] NFBN Senior division February Meeting Notice - A Special Guest!

I have 2 corrections.  The first is in reference to the 30% from fundraising rive.  I think the word should be drive.  the d was left off.  Also on the fiscal year, I think it should read Jan 1 through Dec 31, rather than jan to jan.  I think I did say Jan 1 through Dec 31.
