Hello,

 

Louisiana Tech University is conducting a Comprehensive Statewide Needs
Assessment for the Nebraska Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired
(the Commission).  The Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment is federally
mandated to be completed every three-five years.  Attached and pasted below
you will find the invitation for the Key Informant Survey which is one of
the surveys conducted as a part of the Commission's Statewide Needs
Assessment.  The purpose of the Key Informant Survey is to gain feedback
about statewide issues to help the Commission better meet the needs of those
served by the agency. 

 

The invitation for the Key Informant Survey can be distributed far and wide
via e-mail throughout Nebraska. The invitation includes the link to the Key
Informant Survey that anyone can use to take it. The first two questions of
the survey are meant to validate the respondents since the Commission wants
to maintain confidentiality by not collecting names.   If you have questions
