  Good afternoon, 

You may remember me from when I worked at the NFB with Scott White in NFB-NEWSLINE. I am now working with a company called Equidox that has developed PDF remediation software designed to make PDF accessibility easy for everyone. 

We are conducting a survey of assistive technology users. The goal is to gain information about the real experience of people who use assistive technology to access PDF documents. 

I asked Scott to double-check that our survey was as accessible as possible (we all know how awful surveys are regardless...). I am hoping you'd be willing to share this survey with your assistive technology user contacts in order to capture as much input as possible. We want to have current data on the experience of assistive technology users with PDF documents.
