There are only 9 days left until our picnic, so please find attached the notes of the final planning session yesterday. As Brandon clarified, in his email with the updated form and FB event page, Holmes Lake park is in Lincoln instead of Grand Island. Hopefully many of you are able to join in celebrating your accomplishments and getting ready to start a semester or term.

Hello Jamie,
I was not informed in  the'  meeting details that the meeting to which I linked was scheduled for August 2nd.  I thought Mike added an extra recurrence of it to' accommodate  follow-ups. By the information you have given me in your question, it appears as though he has not done so. Should I individually schedule follow-up meetings of the student Division, should they happen in the future, to avoid unnecessary confusion?
To answer your question, this is a follow-up meeting, scheduled for tonight at 8:00PM, in which remaining  preparations for the meeting shall be discussed.
