Greetings Federationists!

 

Two weeks until we are gathered in New Orlans Louisiana!  The excitement is
growing, and the information is flowing!  I wanted to pass along a few
Nebraska specific details and a few reminders.

All participants will need to have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of
checking into the hotel.  You WILL NOT be able to pick up your registration
packet without first emailing your test results to

Aira is providing access to their visual interpreting service at no cost to
NFB22 attendees for the purpose of the

2022 National Convention COVID-19 testing protocols

Between July 2 and July 7, you are invited to call an Aira Agent who will
assist with the completion of your COVID-19 at-home test, including sending
a labeled photograph of the negative test result.

For the Nebraska Caucus!  It will be held in 

Studio 3 of the New Orleans Marriott.

This is a time for all the attendance from Nebraska to come together and get
relative information and catch up with friends.  Be sure and bring your
banquet tickets!

 

The Nebraska table will be located in the exhibit hall and open during
regular exhibit hall hours.  We are selling Colby Ridge Popcorn and The Mill
Coffee and Tea.

with the shift you are able to work.  All shifts will have at least two
people and we request you arrive 15 minutes before your shift start time.

Wednesday, July 6

Shift 1: 9:00  to 11:00 a.m.

Shift 2: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Shift Already Full

Shift 3: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Shift 4: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

 

Thursday, July 7

Shift 1: 9:00  to 11:00 a.m. - One Worker Needed

Shift 2: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Shift 3: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. - Shift Already Filled

Shift 4: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. - Shift Already Filled

 

Friday, July 8

Legal office hours will be held on 

Tuesday, July 5, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 6, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. 

Disability rights attorneys will be available to discuss blindness
discrimination concerns regarding employment, technology, education, voting,
and more. Schedule your private twenty-minute appointment by emailing

Please request your appointment by June 24.

 

Don't forget! A proposed amendment to the constitution will be voted upon
