The Professional Development and Research Institute on Blindness is
conducting a comprehensive statewide needs assessment for the Nebraska
Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (the Commission). Feedback
from NCBVI stakeholders will help the Commission improve the services
provided to individuals throughout Nebraska.

 

The questions throughout this survey ask you to evaluate the need for the
Commission to improve services and resources it provides. Please feel free
to include any thoughts about what is working, as well as suggestions for
improvements. Every comment field is optional, however; your comments are
extremely helpful in improving the services provided by the Commission, and
we encourage you to elaborate as much as you like. There are no wrong
answers.
