Hello everyone,

This is just a follow-up e-mail for those who are thinking of attending
tonight's meeting which is scheduled for 8:00pm Central Standard Time this
evening. I have attached the agenda for anyone who is interested. If there
are any corrections that the board wishes to make to it, feel free to do so
by replying to this e-mail, or mentioning it at the meeting.

2. Take Attendance 
3. reading of the last month's minutes by the secretary, Rachna Keshwani
4. Reading/acceptance of the Treasurer's Report by Milla Krainak 

Continuation  of Old Business
1. Discuss whether everyone has delivered their appropriate Raffle baskets to their respective winners. 

New Business
1. Discuss the possibility of a Summer celebration, or August celebration that would take place before the next academic term is to begin 
2. Discuss a communication plan for recruitment of more members to the organization, and who should be designated to carry out the respective parts of the plan. 
3. Discuss methods of organization, and possibly vote on a proposed method to keep everyone on track. 
4. Social time for those in Attendance 
5. Adjournment
