I want to encourage every member of the National Federation of the Blind of Nevada to take advantage of NFB-NEWSLINE, one of the most valuable benefits available to us as blind people. NFB-NEWSLINE provides free access to hundreds of newspapers, magazines, and other publications that can be read anytime using your telephone, iPhone, Android device, Amazon Alexa, or other supported options. Our Nevada affiliate proudly pays for this service each year so that all eligible blind Nevadans can stay informed, independent, and connected to the information that matters most.

Signing up is simple. You can register online at https://nfb.org/programs-services/nfb-newsline or call the National Federation of the Blind directly at 410-659-9314 during business hours and ask the operator to connect you with the NFB-NEWSLINE folks to sign up. Once registered, you may access the service by phone at 866-504-7300 or download the NFB-NEWSLINE Mobile app by searching for “NFB-NEWSLINE” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. I strongly encourage you to explore this outstanding resource and begin using a service that your affiliate makes available to you at no cost.
