help. I'm not sure, but I know a few people in special ed/chiold development
in the city who might be able to point you in the right direction.

Good morning, I'm the proud mother of three BEAUTIFUL children one of which
is blind. My son Chase spent the first month and a half in the NICU where he
was first initially diagnosed now at 23 months he's not walking and only
started crawling at 18 months, am 

I the only parent who is dealing with this? (by the way Chase's twin is
running ALL over the place)
