[New-York-News] NYS Convention

The New York State Convention will be held December 8 - 10, 2023 at the HI
LTON ALBANY, 40 Lodge Street, Albany, New York.  Exact details about the
hotel and accommodations will be sent out shortly.

 

There is a lot of work that goes into a convention and we need everyone's
help to make this one of our best.  So plan to come, get involved, and help
support YOUR affiliate.

 

We will be having our first Convention Planning meeting this Wednesday,
August 9th at 7:00 pm.  Call in information is below.

 

Attached is a comprehensive convention planning guide prepared by Claudia
before she left her position with us.  Please review it but keep in mind
there as a fair amount of items which will net be relevant to others working
on the convention.
