[New-York-News] Attention, possible Bard problem

Good morning,

If you have access to BARD on your computer and/or on your phone, could you
please try to download a few books to see if you are having a problem? 

Both Heather and I are having problems, and we have reported it to the
library. 

When I download a book on my computer, BARD completely closes.

When Heather tries to download a book on her phone, she gets an error
message, and can't download anything.

It would be good to know if it is just the Bird family having trouble or if
it is more wide spread. Please let me know if you have trouble and also let
the library know. The library phone number is 800-342-3688.
