[New-York-News] USPS horrible experience

Hi all,

I just had a horrible experience at our local post office. I wanted to ship
something and when I told them I can't see the button I needed to press and
needed their help, they said they are not allowed to press it for me. They
asked why I come without help if I can't see. I told them I like to be
independent and they said then I have to do it myself. They even went so far
as to question how they can believe that I'm blind. I feel like I need to do
something about this. Any advice?
