There has been a stafff change in Senator Cottons office.  The Legislative
Director is Eddie Linczer, his email is eddie.linczer at cotton.senate.gov. The
phone number is correct.  Please continue to let Senator Cotton, Congressmen
Hill and Westerman that we as members of the National Federaation of the
Blind of Arkansas want them to support the Accessible Technology
