that it is easier to do on the computer. 
On the site, there is a field for organization name or advisor. skip past
that and go to the flavors. Just select the one(s) you want. You can
purchase the meat sticks by the bag (24 to a bag) or you can buy a case
that contains 6 bags and 10 bonus sticks. The bags are $35.00 and the cases
are $89.00. This includes shipping.
When you use the magic link, the at large chapter will automatically
receive credit for the sale.
