Hello to all members of the Arkansas Affiliate ,

To the Chapter Presidents, please pass on to your members.
I have a copy of the Arkansas State Constitution and the corrections, and  add ons  for the revised rough draft to be voted on during the convention.
There is also some information from one of our speakers that he has given to pass out to learn more about him.
