Accessible Voting legislation ( Electronic Ballot Delivery and Return)

Subminimum Wages
Currently there are 16 States who have passed laws to phase out subminimum wages or limit the use of subminimum wages. Illinois' Governor signed an Executive Order eliminating subminimum wages for businesses receiving State contracts, but no law has been yet passed. Texas passed a law, but it only applies to businesses receiving State contracts who have employees identifying as having Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. These States are the following:

Colorado
Delaware
Hawaii
Maine
Maryland
New Hampshire
Oregon
Rhode Island
South Carolina
Tennessee
Texas
Vermont
Virginia
Washington State
