My charmers, a gentle reminder that, if you want to just chat with each
other, please do it off-list.  

What I do, if I want to reply to someone privately, is reply all, then
backtab up to the cc field, and usually that has the private email of the
person who sent the email.  I select that, copy it to the clipboard, and
then paste it into the to field of a new message.  

But, if that's too complicated, or your email doesn't work like mine,  write
a message to the list, saying Hi whoever, please contact me off-list, and
put your email address.

 

There are a lot of people on our list, and they don't need to read private
conversations, and you don't need them reading them, either.
