Another group I'm part of is having a book discussion Sunday evening with
tips for blind people who cook and helpful gadgets.
Info below about the book and the meeting.
Tracy
I just wanted to remind everyone about our book discussion which will be
held on December 7 at 6:00 pm central time. Our topic is everything kitchen;
we will talk about things we learned from the books and share our own tips
and techniques. I hope all of you will try to show up for all, or some of
the discussion.
Below is the information for Zoom and for the books we are reading. As you
read through them please take note of a few things you learn so you can
share with the group.

A wealth of cooking and household tips. Example: Drop a few unshelled
walnuts in the pot to eliminate cauliflower odor. Peanut butter is better
than cheese as a mousetrap bait. For a flakier upper pie crust, brush with
cold water before baking. Substitute club soda for the liquid in the batter
for fluffy pancakes. Bestseller.
