I like jewelry-making, and I have plenty of supplies, really more than I
need.
I bought some blank expandable steel bangles from Amazon. On one end of the
bracelet it's bent to create a small hole, and on the other end is a rod
with a ball that screws off. It's easy to unscrew the ball, pull the rod
out of the hole, put on beads and/or charms, then reconnect the bracelet and
replace the ball.
I also bought an assortment of charms-fruit and veg, moon and stars, sea
creatures, flowers, and birds. I have a variety of jump rings. And I have a
bag of wooden beads of different sizes and colors, all with big holes that
can accommodate the bangle.
So yesterday I discovered how easy it is to make a nice bracelet, combining
all these things.
If I get serious and put jump rings on the charms I want to use, I could
make lots of bracelets, and none of the parts cost very much at Amazon.
Just thought I'd share.
Tracy
