Hi Henry.

I'm thinking I'll greedily take this project for myself. I'm getting into
figuring it out.

But when I have it figured out, I wouldn't mind sharing it with people and
talking over variations.

You're right; with letters you could write anything. I don't remember
seeing numbers at daisyandstorm.com, but I didn't look, so they may be
there. She's got a lot.

Hi Tracy, sorry for being a day late at answering you and your question, I
would like to undertake this project if someone would teach it to us. I
don't have any suggestions on colors though, sorry, I would think though,
that the color scheme of the organization should be used.

I am thinking of colors in favorite pro team colors, school colors, or,
being a NASCAR fan, the colors of my favorite drivers car and since letters
could be used to spell out his name and if I could find numbers at the
Daisey and Storm site the cars number.

HTH.

A friend asked me for a knit throw to show off what blind people can do to
an organization she works for part-time, the Paper Mill Playhouse (a theater
that has some described performances). She'd like it to have their
initials, PMP, and whatever other pattern I fancy.

I found patterns for letters on good old Daisy and Storm, daisyandstorm.com,
and the letters are 17 rows high. I could put them in a couple times, and
maybe figure out how to put braille letters with them. I could put stripes
or something else between the rows with the letters.

I'm thinking what those stripes should be. Does anyone have a throw pattern
they like I could adapt? Or have ideas? Or even feel like this is a
project they would really love to undertake?
