[NFB-Blind-Crafters] cat pod pattern

I am working on the knit version of the pattern that was shared. There 
was no gauge, so I am wondering how big this is supposed to be?

Mine appears to be kitten sized (about 5-6 inches across), so I am 
thinking the pattern may have been written for bulky yarn.

PS The cardigan is not able to be carried around while I walk at its 
current stage, so I have started this one.
