Wish I lived near by so I could enjoy some of those goodies, when they come up!

I went to the Dutch market, a few weeks ago and got some fresh, yummy items!

Way better than the store!

Terry

I planted a garden today. We had several raised beds, one that's all stuff for salad, one that has beats, peppers, and tomatoes, one that has melons, one that has squash, and many tubs that have tomatoes or peppers. Lots of work and a little bit of sunburn, but it's going to be worth it!

For the last couple weeks, I’ve been walking around my neighborhood listening to the birds and noting where they are, preparing for the Bird-ability Blind Bird-a-thon tomorrow. I’ll walk around again where I know the birds might be and write them down to send in my finds. And another blind person is joining me, with a driver, so we may well go to a local park where there are lots more birds. I’m excited about it.

Tracy
