[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Successful Saturday a day late

Well, guess what . . . yes, I frogged again!

Okay, so I actually finished the one panel based on the pattern and 
discovered it is a terrible pattern. So, I went digging for another 
version of the knitted hexagon cardigan and this pattern is much better. 
I have restarted that panel and am making progress.

It has been a brainy week. I worked on learning two software programs, 
did the intial setup of a new computer, did the above knitting trials, 
and tried sous vide for the first time with my second instant pot which 
was my first time learning how to use that one because it is a little 
different from my other one.

Man, that was exhausting just listing it all.
