Thanks Becky.  It always makes me feel powerful, to be able to do some home
repair, even if it's simple.  Changing the valve was easy.  The hard part is
not making a big mess with the water that comes out of the tank, even when
it's supposed to be empty.

Sorry, I'm a day late with Successful Saturday.  My sister is visiting.

Have you started or finished a project, or achieved a goal?  Share it with
us and we'll celebrate with you.

 

I did some successful elementary plumbing.  I changed a toilet fill valve,
replacing one that wasn't working with a new one.  Now, after a flush, the
toilet will once again automatically refill the tank.  Yay!

I'm also having a great time identifying birds coming through on spring
migration.
