[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Weaving in ends while knitting in the round

If the colors are the same, I always do duplicate stitch. I hold the old 
and new yarn for about three or four stitches. On the next round, when I 
reach the old tail, I'll pick it up and knit a couple of stitches before 
dropping it again. For in the round knitting, I might do this on 3 rows. 
For flat knitting, definitely 2 rows so the yarn is locked in, but 
sometimes 3 rows. I don't cut the ends until after the first wash. This 
allows the item to be handled and stretched so when the ends are cut 
they shouldn't pop through on the right side.
