[NFB-Blind-Crafters] What I'm working on

I am on the home stretch for another hat.  It's a free pattern from Lion
Brand called Textures Hat.  It's nice, and really easy-just knits and purls,
with only 1 row of increases to make. 

It has garter stitch at the bottom, then stockinette, then a band of seed
stitch outlined by purl lines and more stockinette.  

The instructions say to gather together like 40 stitches at the end, but I
don't like that, so I'm making more gradual decreases.  It's surprisingly
nice, and I have to find someone to give it to.  Maybe my sister.

 

And I just bought a pattern to crochet a small leprechaun.  It will be 5
inches tall.  I also have a free pattern, but that one is 12 inches tall,
and I don't really want one that big.
