Thank you, everyone! Sorry for the delay in answering this. I’m still with my right arm in a sling, until August 19. I didn’t have any surgery but the PT will be long. Because of my pre-existing problems with the shoulder from that side.

Sorry for the typos, using dictation. I miss Crafting!

Oh my goodness for the person who broke their arm. I am so sorry and I hope it heals quickly and correctly with as little pain as possible. I’ve started crocheting again and I’m actually trying to sell the items that I already have. I finished a sweater for my sister that I had started in January yesterday and gave it to her. It fit perfectly and she said it’s warm and she loves it. I’m also working on this present for a friend that includes soap savers a cat ear beanie and that crocheting again is absolutely awesome and I have you all in part to think for that because being around you all has encouraged me to get back into crocheting, which is something I absolutely love.

oh ouch

i broke that bone along with my collar bone and shoulder blade when i was 7. it was my right so i could hardly do anything including schoolwork. since i broke it at school, the kids were kind and helped with everything including writing out my homework and classwork. i couldnt play much and missed coloring and building lego.

it was painful and sleep was difficult but i didnt need surgery either. it got better after a few weeks and i didnt need meds after that.

this week i am working on some winter hats for holiday gifts. i finished cleaning a major cupboard in the kitchen and went furniture shopping for my new place i am getting in the fall.

just began cleaning out an end table which will be donated to goodwill next weekend.

lots to do in the next 5 months.....

Sonya,

I will pray that your arm heals well and quickly.

Not being able to do crafts is maddening.

I will, also, pray that your coancer is totally and lastingly (is that a correct word?).

Hi!

As some of you know, I had a bad fall June 16 and I broke the humerus bone of my right arm, close to the shoulder. I will know next Tuesday morning if I will need surgery or not. My Saturday success story: not going crazy in the last two weeks! Oh, and today we went to a hair salon for a shampoo and drying. I feel much better with my hair clean! I miss Crafting!

Sonya
