I'll leave it to others as to what they think of your business plans.
However I have a suggestion for something you could start doing right away.
If you haven't already done so, download the free APH BralleBlaster
transcribing software for documents in English and start learning how to
use it. Here's the link:

Also you might want to keep in mind what Dr. Nemeth wrote some fifty years
ago:
"The problem of transcription is intrinsically more difficult that the
problem of reading; the transcriber must actually recall to mind the
specific symbols which must be used and the rules which govern their use,
whereas the braille reader must only recognize the symbols which he
encounters and be only slightly aware of the underlying rules.''
