What is some advice you would give on how to teach a child with visual Impairment and other disabilities braille? Has any taught a blind child with down syndrome? I'm asking because I'm studying to be a para educator of infants, toddlers, an preschoolers with visual Impairments.

Can someone please explain UEB rules around emphasis marks - italics? I sometimes see a dot 3 after a 4 6, is that an error, is that normal, or does it vary?
