[NFB-Braille-Discussion] I'm Kind of Excited

I took the course in the 1980s. I passed the test for the UEB letter of proficiency, and I had to take it twice. Don't be discouraged if you have trouble, because you are not the only life-long braille reader who is amazed by what you didn't pay attention to.

Good luck.

... because I just completed my first assignment in the literary braille proofreading course!

Since I was trained in EBAE at five, learning UEB feels like, I'm learning braille all over again. But I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'll give you guys updates as I go along. After my Lesson Two exercise is evaluated, I'll get an instructor. I would love to hear about experiences from those of you who took the course in the past.
