[NFB-Conventions] Issues with the NFB 23 app

Hi, I have registered for the virtual experience and have the app on my phone, but when I try and login, it says it’s sending me a verification code, which I do not ever receive and then I tell it to resend code or whatever the button says, and it says to me, maybe I didn’t register? But I have a confirmation email in my inbox. Any other suggestions on what I can do to be able to login and interact with the app more?
