[nfb-db] state convention

  And maybe via Skype do a conference, so that in the convention, the 
computer with Skype could be hooked up to the PA system, thus as if the 
person were there live? Idid such a presentation about a year ago for an 
event in Guadalajara here in Mexico. I recorded my presentation, sent if 
off and the people there put it on.
