[nfb-db] rules in the ASLlab

I am doing ASL on my own with my mom and the ASL online Library!  I wil try 
again next semester because, the austin ASL school told me I could not join 
because I was blind and they were deaf teachers from tsd.  they had the same 
thing, no talking in the classes!  I am trying to get a group of us who want 
to take ASL in the blind community and find a teacher!  But I am starting 
think that we are not wanted in these classes.  I can forward the message I 
got from the austin sign language school!
