[nfb-db] Accessible Voting for DB

Hi Everyone,

ON Wednesday, August 13 in as part of a lawsuit filed by the NFB I will 
testify in a Maryland State Court House about how the current voting 
accommodations for the Deaf-Blind do not allow us to vote PRIVATELY AND 
INDEPENDENTLY.

The NFB has developed and accessible absentee  ballot that can be done 
in your home using the adaptive technology that you is best suited to 
you to complete the ballot.

However, two individuals on the Maryland Board of Elections do not want 
this accessible ballot because of concerns for security and increased 
voter fraud.

But there is not indication the the accessible absentee ballot has a 
higher security risk than the online absentee ballot that sighted 
individuals complete.
