Happy New Year!

I haven't posted in several months. I am still in the process of getting the training help I need. I am learning to use new programs.  I am learning Braille, though it is a slow process.  One of my goals for this year, is to read a Braille book.  While it would seem I would appreciate the talking books, with my hearing loss, I simply cannot find the time or the energy to sit and just listen.

My Windows computer crashed and had to be reformatted twice. So now I am working with a Mac Mini. I really like it. I still have a lot to learn about how to use its features. Dictation seems to work best in social media. As a writer I really need it to work in Pages.  I also need to learn how to use Voiceover. It seems very overwhelming.  The constant chatter confuses me. Perhaps there is a better way?
