Hi April and all.
Sounds like you have quite a lot of goals set out in 2014, that's
awesome! The mac is an entirely new way of accessing the computer, and
it will take some getting used to for sure. I've been using mine for
about a year now and still get frustrated with the Mac side of things
from time to time, and often use the Windows part of my computer for
things like Kurzweil and such. If you have specific questions, you can
feel free to ask.
As for me, my 2014 is starting off rather slowly, which is fine. I'ms
tarting a new tech article this weekend and after completing that,
will get ready to go see my grandma in Fl, and then need to prepare
for my first ever presentation at CSUN in March. I've wanted to do
this for years, so it'll be something I'll be happy to do. The
presentation is on using technology to communicate with the public as
a deaf-blind person and when is or isn't it appropriate to use
technology. So, like you, I'm a busy boy. Oh, and then there is the
full time job. LOL.
Wishing you all the best!
Scott
