Hey Anjelina,

The first thing you need to do is get your hearing tested.  If you
have a counselor with your state disability agency, they be able to
help you make an appointment with an audiologist.  If your hearing
loss is bad enough to cause problems with traffic, you may need a
hearing aid for the right ear.

In the meantime, if you're at a busy intersection and there are other
people there, ask someone to tell you when it's safe to cross.
