Hi Marsha, I have the neck loops, there are 13 of them...They were given to me after the second DB meeting in Orlando; they were given to me from Arlene to take back home here for safe keeping but I will gladly send them your way if you send me your address; it will be as a package probably from UPS or Fed EX.....I was told by Arlene that some neck loops have already been given out ....Joe Naultey received (2), Traci Inman (1), Burnell Brown, (1), and Chere Fields 1.....
Should you have any questions, please email me back...

Regarding the neck loops, I would be happy to be in charge of them. If someone wants to package them, and mail them to me that would be fine. Unless someone else has a better idea? thanks!

Hi Tracy:  I am not referring to the loops that Joe purchased himself.  I am referring to 18 loops that someone donated to the Division.  Arlene handed them to Randy for safekeeping, and they need to be placed in the care of someone more suited for this job.  Perhaps Alice has some ideas.  Randy and I were thinking about Tony O., or someone else designated by the Division, who knows how they work.  I'm copying Jim Burton, as he is knowledgeable about loops and their workings.  Randy is not, and I'm afraid they would just sit in our closet and rot if they're used only once a year at convention.  They need to be utilized, for example, on loan to Division members who would like to try one out to determine if they should purchase one, or perhaps for use by the member in their home state if they are unable to purchase one of their own.

As for the loops that Joe purchased, has he requested reimbursement?

Hi Cathy: I can't recall whether the division ever reimbursed Joe for those Neck loops. I think the neck loops are actually in the Naulty's care.  You'll need to ask Joe where the neckloops are.  - Tracie

Hi All:  The Division actually owns over a dozen of these neck loops.  I hope someone corrects me if I'm mistaken, but I believe they work with the telecoil setting of your hearing aid when you plug the loop into the receiver.  These loops may have been under utilized in the past, and we need to make folks aware of their existence.  Alice, are you in touch with Tony o about the communications at Convention?  I would like to see us continue to work with him to improve the Radio Division's understanding of our needs and how best to serve them.
