[NFB-DB] Accommodations for convention

Hello,
I registered for convention last week and immediately emailed the address given to request tap tile ASL  interpreters.
I have yet to hear back from anyone, and I'm concerned, because the deadline to request accommodations was Wednesday.
Does anyone have any suggestions or prior experience? Is this kind of delay typical? I want to make sure and have what I need. Hope to see some of you at the meeting.
