Hi Gera,
I have not used Siemens in ages (not since 2001). But at that time it was
still a monologue hearing aid. From my experience, I say that Phonaks are
one of the best HAs out there. The audiologist at HKNC told me that this is
one of the best and most popular among DBs. Today I now use the brand new
Resound, I don't know the exact parent company name of this one. But unlike
the Phonaks, the Resound does not require "filter" changes. And best of
all, it pars well with my N6 CI and to my iPhone6+ for my bluetooth phone
clip, making it much easier and quicker to make and recieve phone calls
without pressing any buttons on your HAs or CIs. Both Phonaks and the
Resound are digital HAs. If your provider has these, I would highly
recommend them and try it out for yourself.
